Some special training events may command a higher fee.
Personal affiliates may attend two grant-funded workshops per year at no charge. In addition, personal affiliates may attend other workshops if seats are available.

Unless otherwise noted, lunch is not included. A list of nearby restaurants may be available. Generally coffee, tea and pastries or cookies are provided for morning breaks. Bottled water and snacks are available for afternoon sessions.
